Good morning girls!

Well, I had to make some last minute changes to my workouts for today, :), cause I wanted to do yesterday's
CatheLive.................so

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Low Impact Series: Sculpt" - 24 min.
CatheLive- "The Spirit of Halloween" - 34 min.

That little Halloween workout is so cute with all their costumes (especially Cathe) and I really liked most
of the exercise combos that she put together. A little low impact sprinkled in as well.......I had to modify
the burpees and some of the others, but it was total fun!

Rest weekend coming up..........enjoy your day!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

I had to take a rest day yesterday as I fell the previous night on my way to bed and sprained my toe (slipped in the dog's pee puddle hiding on the floor upstairs). I've been hobbling ever since. I managed 40 minutes of Xtrain for Chest/back/shoulders. I didn't wear running shoes.

We barely had any trick-or-treaters last evening. I'm surprised as the weather was balmy. We have so much candy left.

Linda - I can't believe Cathe worked out in that costume (same for the others). They sure have Hallowe'en spirit!

Siobhan, oh, so sorry about your fall, hope you feel better soon! Great job with 40 minutes of Xtrain for Chest/back/shoulders despite your sprained toe. I haven’t
done the trick or treat thing for several years now, I usually see some small kids in
the neighborhood earlier in the evening, but didn’t see any last night.

Today I had a workout planned but then I wasn't feeling it this morning. So I changed my plan, today was Eugene Paul Rocking to the Oldies Dance Walk off YouTube but I only did 34 minutes of it and I was adding a whole lot more to it.

Then that wasn't enough so I did KCM TLC Boxing Combos with my boxing gloves on for the whole thing. That is about 32 minutes.

So now I need to freshen up and get ready to get my hair done.

Linda, I watched the video clip of the Live Halloween workout and thought it was so cute! I loved all the costumes and when I saw Cathe's, I was wondering how in the world is she going to work out in that?! In Cathe style, she just slung it over her arm! Good for you doing it!

Siobhan, so sorry about slipping and falling! I have stepped in poop when Macy was younger - that was getting up to go to the bathroom during the night and not turning any lights on! Quick recovery move on your part with 40 minutes of Xtrain for Chest/back/shoulders!!

By the way, I didn't work out today. Took a personal day for a doc appt and then ran errands and did some shopping. Trying to get ready for putting the house back on the market. My contractor didn't show up today to repair my deck! that will delay me.

Xtrain for Chest/back/shoulders = 40 Min
Good for you to make it comfortable by not wearing running shoes.

KCM 30MTF- Lean Body Circuits - Lean Body Boxing = 20 Min
Ab Hits- Workout- #8 Step Heat= 7 Min
