Daily Check In Friday Nov 11

Good morning Wendy and everybody who follows!

I will be doing ab work after work today, while DH is on the treadmill.

I am sure glad it's Friday!!! This was a long week, so I am sure the weekend will just fly by!

I hope that everybody has a great workout or rest day

I am doing a 4 mile run, a Cathe leg workout (not sure which one yet)and MM back and biceps.

Hi good morning everyone, Today in the november rotation is 40 minutes of steady state run, 15 minutes of abs hits and the segment 2 of stretch max. I will do a cardio kickbox mish-mosh (KPC cardio premix, the blast challenge of KM, the kickbox premix of BC)to substitute the running, 15 minutes of abs hits and the segment 2 of SM. I will add stationary bike. Have a great weekend everyone.

I did PUB chest, and triceps (up only) then did PS shoulders and abs off of PSSL&A! Short but sweet.:7

Well, last night I did Kickmax, I love this workout and the leg drills are killers }( This morning my legs was still feeling worked from KM. So, when I hoped on me treadie this morning I was not able to run as I do, felted kind of tired. I walked 30 minutes, which was program 1 on my treadmill (deep inclines). Afterwards, I did 200 crunches :9

Now, let’s talk about tonight workout, hm…..either LL L&G or PLB. Its' been at least a year since I did PLB, okay, that one sounds yummy to me, PLB it is :9

I remember doing a rotation with PL body and after 2 weeks my thighs bulked huge and I don’t want that. So, I'll probably do the workout with no wts or only 10 lbs no more that 15. Back to work.
