Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 2 ladies and I was actually able to try my newest workout with them. It is Kick Combos with Cardio Drills and it is an intense workout. It is roughly 55 minutes long. I think it is moderate in intensity but non stop cardio. We were dripping or at least I was. We ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Then I did 35 minutes of weight hitting the barbell, the cables, the new machine, and dumbbells all for a well rounded upper body weight workout.

Think I can call it a day.

Hi Annette,

I took a rest day yesterday. I needed to wake up without an alarm clock. Great workout. Well done! who doesn't love to be dripping in sweat?
