Hi Siobhan,

Today I stayed home because it was raining waaay too much to go out.

And I did a Kickboxing circuit workout I found on YouTube. It was good and I had on my wrist weights, I stopped at 45 minutes.

Then I did half the challenge.

Then I did a 10 minute Taebo off of YouTube.

Now I will finish the challenge.

My lady who I worked out with yesterday now loves weights and understands what I have been talking about all these years, Whoohoo!!
