Good morning girls,

Last night I did a Hydrow Circuit Training # 35 workout- 20 min. Row & Weights AMRAP. I enjoy doing a shorter little workout in the evening...if I can.....

Today's workouts:

YT-Live Fitness- 5 min. Full Body Weight Plate Workout
Blender- STS 1.0- Upper Body # 1- 25 min.
Blender- STS- "Under 30" Lower Body- 30 min.

Today I went to the gym and did 60 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hubby is working from home today.

Nice workouts all around.
