Last night I did a Hydrow Circuit Training # 35 workout- 20 min. Row & Weights AMRAP. I enjoy doing a shorter little workout in the evening...if I can.....
Today's workouts:
YT-Live Fitness- 5 min. Full Body Weight Plate Workout
Blender- STS 1.0- Upper Body # 1- 25 min.
Blender- STS- "Under 30" Lower Body- 30 min.
