Hi Everyone,
Today I did Lite SLB workout. Light weights but what a cardio effect. I did my own 15 minute foam rolling/stretch
It's Friiiiiiiiiiiday. For us we call it Food Trucks Friday as we have food trucks at the end of our street every second Friday from April to Octoberish. The whole neighbourhood comes up. It's pretty neat.
