Today I did SSOD - 25 minute spin class. Yesterday I did Cathe's recent live workout but didn't check in.

Annette - I hope your migraine finally subsides. What a week you've had! I am glad you are feeling a bit better

Hi all,

Today I did KCM Build & Burn premix Core Cardio & Upper Body. A moderate workout was needed today as I still feeling tired after yesterday's workout.

I hope everyone is well.

Hi Ceci and all who follow,

Yes, migraine finally went away.

Positives from this experience:

1. My dry mouth is either gone or markedly improved.
2. I am sleeping with no sleep aids for the first time in a long time.
3. I bought some bananas to see if I can handle the consistency and I did and I TASTED IT!!! And to help with my potassium level. Now I still can't taste other things but it is a start.
4. I am down 2 more pounds this morning. 5 pound loss from when I went into the hospital.

Ok, today I feel good, so I did my own Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 1 for 47 minutes. It was hot and I took it at a nice aerobic pace but didn't push it.

Holding off on weights for a little while longer.

Hi all

Today was Cardio Challenge Express Live and Step Boss Extended Stretch.

We are going to help our daughter move to a new apartment and celebrate her graduation from Masters program this weekend. SO happy to be getting out of Dodge!
