Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 7 ladies for the 9 am class we did my 53 minute faster paced Silver and Fit routine. I think it challenged some of the ladies.
Then I had 1 lady in my 10:30 class. We tried the alternative format of my new Kickbox combos with cardio drills, she didn't like it, we finished up with freestyle kickboxing (it was short so we had time left over) and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. Another 53 minutes.
I am bear. Now I get to go get my hair done,yay!!
Nice workout.
And yes 9 am is really too early for me.
