Hi gals,

Today I taught my aerobic circuit workout to 5 ladies for an hour. Then I did 15 minutes of weight work then 15 minutes on the elliptical machine then 15 minutes of weight work including abs and finished with 15 minutes on the bike.

So all in all 2 hours of circuit work.

Hello Annette and Linda! I hope you're all doing well. Today I realized that the only Cathe workouts I've done this entire month were Live classes. I'm trying to weed through my dvds and figure out what I want and don't want. I'm not giving up any Cathe workouts so that's why I haven't done any of her dvds lately. Today I did Patrick Goudeau's Turn up and slim down. It's a nice workout. Love Patrick!!! Have a good one. Hello to all who follow!
 
Hey great workouts!! I want to get Live again Peg, it is addicting!!! lol

Past couple of days have been moderate walks for me and doing my own self massage with ball rolling plus restorative/wall yoga until the shoulder-neck-face pain is a bit better. It does seem to be a little better here this evening. :)
I was sad to read that your having such a difficult time, Peg. ((gentle hugs))

It's going to be a HOT one this weekend here (31 degrees).
