Good Morning Everyone,

I am taking a rest day today. I am just not up for a workout. I woke up late - 6am - and then had to walk the dog. I've lost momentum. Have a great day and a great workout everyone!!!

Sorry you are having a lack of momentum day. Glad you got the dog walked.

Today I did a roughly 50 minute Turbo Kicks routine off of YouTube. It is a great cardio, but the lady has the music so loud it is hard to hear the instructions.

Glad I got a workout in.

Approx. 50 minute Turbo Kicks routine off of YouTube, sounds like turbo jam. I don't recall the music being too loud. Probably its not the same one. Glad you got to workout,that soundsfun. Have a great day;)

Thanks, I have referral appt in early June....fingers crossed......we'll see (no pun intended)
what happens.....I haven't been working out & I do miss it..........and dealing with apparently
my dvd order is lost or something but they are sending replacement. it's been a very
stressful week. Thanks all for your concern and yes, please, keep me in your prayers.
