Today I did more Cathe Pyramids - Upper body mixed with a 20 minute Sydney Tabata workout.

Today I taught my Dance Circuit workout to 7 ladies for about 48 minutes.

Then I did 23 minutes of weight work including abs.

I tried to check in earlier & looks like we got a refurbishment around here. Today I did Gosia Cano (youtube) Boxing-Tabata-Core workout & added on some timed renegade rows.
Hoping everyone has been feeling alright in their busyness. *waves*
