Hi ladies ,

Rough night legs just hurt , almost to the level of crying.

I took all my meds/supplements before bed, by 4:30 am every thing had worn off. I ended up taking a painkiller that I had from my tooth extraction and after an hour was able to get back to sleep.

Phone rang and hubby brought me the phone. It was the people giving me my test results....I am NEGATIVE, like I thought I would be. But my legs started to hurt so I took some naproxen this time waiting for it to kick in so I can take a shower. I have a doctor's appointment this afternoon.

Annette: that is wonderful news that you are negative but I am so sorry you feel so terrible. Hopefully the doctor can give you some more information on what this is. Did your state re-open or are you still on lockdown? Do you know where you may have picked this up?

DDSadie: I love all the PHA workouts but the Live PHA’s are my favorite. PHA 3 Live is not the hardest.

Ceci: How is work going? When do you get your test results on the Covid-19?

Today was Yvette Kickbox and Core, a walk and yoga.

I am SO looking forward to the long weekend :)

Considering I don't know exactly what I have, thus I have no idea where I picked anything up from. I only go out to Walmart once a week and Martin's on occasion.

Our state is opening up county by county and we are still on Red. Next time we can go up a level is probably June 4th when the stay at home order is lifted, but it could be extended. Who knows.

While my pain killer is working I did some floorwork for abs.

I will keep you posted on what the doctor thinks, appt. isn't till 3:50 pm.
 
Annette, so glad to hear the test came back negative!! Hopefully your doctor can shed some light on your symptoms.

Lisa, I am going to have to buy one of her live PHA's. Thank you for the info.

Doctor said not the flu. He isn't really sure what it is, getting some blood work done. Says probably a virus only because some viruses can present as fever less. Thinks it will run its course and be done with soon.

I hope and pray so.
 
Hi Everyone,

I took another rest day today. I find it very tiring being on my feet all day but I am really enjoying spending time with the residents. During this pandemic no volunteers are allowed in so the residents need company. No test results but I didn't take the test on account of symptoms - the home just asks us to do it. They offer testing weekly. I hope I don't have to do it again.

Annette - I hope you recover from whatever you have quickly. i'm thinking of you!!!!

Well, now I am in the ER because the doctor didn't like my test results. Thinks I am in kidney failure. Waiting on more tests to be done. Pray if you do. Thanks
