Good morning ladies!

Nora, great workout yesterday doing Virtual Active Costa Rica Bike = 55 Min and
Coffeyfit "Raw" Total Body Timesaver- Shadow Boxing= 19 Min (I love this workout, it's a slower tempo, but
I feel that I can really get into the punches with correct form, well, at least I think I'm doing it with correct
form :) ).

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Standing Abs with a Weight, a Plate, and a Ball" - 27 min.
Blender- " Express Standing Balance & Mobility with Chair Stretch" - 22 min.

LMR Elevated Upper Body Bonus #2 Back, Bis, Shoulders for 41 minutes
Perfect 30 Extended Stretch for 9 minutes
Leslie Sansone from U Tube One Mile walk for 15 minutes

Linda, those sound like good blenders, especially the abs. Maybe you could share that one too? It's about 88 here today. Supposed to get rain but no sign of it yet.

Hi ladies,

Still not up to much but definitely not as much pain so I will take it. I did manage to do 30 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes incorpating lots of stretching especially for the hip that hurts. So I did something, yay me!

30 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with lots of stretching with focus on sore hip. that hurts. WTG & high fives on your workout today. Way to modify for injury and get it done.

I did not workout today as I had to deal with a bit emergency situation with a fraud purchase I did not make. So I had to close that account and cancel that card. Get a new one issued and get a fraud report filed with my credit union. Their fraud department will look into it and then put funds taken out back in. Did not anticipate that today but had to take of that this afternoon and it took a while and then go to store for groceries and there went my workout time and day. So no workout, dang! I hat missing a workout, it is what it is.

Nora, that is so aggravating and then you have to spend all this time trying to fix it! If people would work as hard getting a job and not trying to take what others work so hard for, we would be in a good place.
