I did not workout today as I had to deal with a bit emergency situation with a fraud purchase I did not make. So I had to close that account and cancel that card. Get a new one issued and get a fraud report filed with my credit union. Their fraud department will look into it and then put funds taken out back in. Did not anticipate that today but had to take of that this afternoon and it took a while and then go to store for groceries and there went my workout time and day. So no workout, dang! I hat missing a workout, it is what it is.
