Better to listen to your body, vacation will be the North Carolina mountains with a visit to friends and family nearby.
Today I did 2 Advance Taebo workouts both boot camp style. I had on my wrist weights for all of the 1st one and maybe 10 minutes of the 2nd one, plus I was wearing my ankle weights also for both. Totally about 50 minutes of cardio with the added weights.
So not too bad considering hubby is off today.
