CatheLive- "Pump & Sweat Express" - 26 min.
CoffeyFit Raw- "15 min. Total Body with Sammy"
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. "My Wife Made Me Do It" Rowing & Lower Body Weights Circuit
(crazy title for a workout!)

Hi ladies,

Today I found a Shadow Boxing workout with Nate Bowen (I think) that was 40 minutes long. Warm up, 8 rounds, no cooldown. But since it is 76 degrees in the house I am sweating buckets. Tried with my wrist weights on but quickly took them off. It was good and would take practice to get all the combos down.

So that is it, pain better as long as I don't try and chew or clench my teeth. I was down another half a pound this morning!! Yay!! I'll take it.

Linda- I was looking at CrossRope Ropeless jump ropes and was wonder if you purchased ropeless jump ropes from them? If so, What weights can you add to it 1/4 pound, 1/2 pound, and 1 pound weights. If so, what do you think of it? Did you get the Splash Mat? Just curious as I've been thinking about this. I appreciate your thoughts on this stuff.

No, I have never got a set….yet? I think they’re a bit expensive, but I still would love to
have them. The Get Lean Ropeless set is $129.99 ane you get the slim handles, and
1/4 lb ropeless attachments, and 1/2 lb ropeless attachments. you can purchase
extra 1lb ropes & maybe higher. No, I don’t have the mat, I wouldn’t get that, cause
I keep it all low impact & I am on carpet. If you get a set, let me know!
