Hi ladies,

Today I decided to do the Ultimate Taebo which is 90 minutes AND wear both my wrist weights and 1 pound ankle weights,woah!!! What was I thinking!!?? But I did it all, only took off the wrist weights for the last 15 minutes.

I may not do anything else today.

That is a workout and a half!!

Today was Touch up Training Live. Really good workout.

Annette are you super hungry with working out for that long? That is my biggest reason for not going past an hour.

Lisa, some days yes, I get hungry. Here lately I have been drinking more water during my workouts and that helps some. When I was going to the gym , food wasn't too much of a problem since there was no real food at the gym. Being at home is different and I have to just not think about it.
