Good morning ladies,

Hope all is well....

Today's workouts:

IFit- Mokapu Beach Treadmill walk- 20 min.
YT- Bethany Kay Fitness- 20 min. Full Body Weighted Body Bar Workout ( having problems with my hand/wrist again, so went VERY light with the Body Bar, which was kind of good, cause this was the first time I did this one and wasn't sure what was coming next....I enjoyed the workout)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did LIHI legs - it was so tough. I added on a 15 minute walk at home youtube workout with Rocky. It was fun but had constant woo woo's which feels fake. Otherwise, she was fun and motivating.

Annette - so sorry to read you are having stomach issues. I hope you feel better very very quickly
Linda - nice workout. sorry to read about your injury. we Cathletes need all body parts to work! I am ignoring a few injuries myself e.g. shoulder, knee, foot, lower back, hip etc.
Nora - Wowee to your workout yesterday. That was a big one.

I am off to Ottawa today as it's a long weekend. I won't be exercising until Wednesday. I will try to check in.

I've had similar issues on occasion with my hand/wrist as well. I tried a wrist support that velcros on that you can buy from pharmacy helps alot at least for me.
This can be helpful to use when workingout lifting weights etc.. I hope that suggestion was helpful. Love your workouts today getting in a pasport workout and the body bar workout. I hope your hand/wrist feels better soon.

If I'm in a moos for a walk workout I tend to reach for Leslie Sansone, now retired, Walk ,Run & Lift her walk instructors now leading) or Jessica Smith, their all fun and good.

Annette- Sorry about your still not feeling well. Its good that you are taking a rest day. So rest, relax, and enjoy. Maybe read a book soak up the sun and enjoy. Feel better ASAP:)

That’s what I have on right now! And sometimes I add the one to my elbow, so my whole arm is literally wrapped up!
