YT- Billy's Boot Camp Cardio Sculpt workout= 52 Min -Yes that is a tough one and your arms will be feeling it.
Plus added on 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch.
So sorry to hear about your Silver Sneaker lady passed away, so sad.
