IFit- "Santa Cruz treadmill walk, Guatemala" - 29 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Row & Upper Body weights circuit
CrossRope App- "Ropeless Low Impact - Day 5 - 15 min.

Good Friday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Hard Strikes, the whole thing except the stretch at the end. I will do my own stretch. It was 45 minutes of fun!

Love your mish mosh this morning Linda - especially the jump rope.

Have a great day friends. I am heading to Ottawa again for the long weekend. I may not check-in - not sure. See you all Wednesday morning reporting a workout.

I’ll be taking a rest weekend as well, not sure how much rest, I need to try & do some
cleaning….we’ll see :)
 
Hi ladies,

Today I slept in and found the faucet water running when I heard a sound and followed it.

But I still wanted some type of weights today so I did Billy's Boot Camp Cardio Sculpt workout off of YouTube which was 52 minutes long of grueling weights even with light weights or only my wrist weights on. Plus doing it at cardio speed after doing it slower. My arms are fried.

Found out yesterday that one of my Silver and Fit ladies passed away the beginning of the month she was 84.

Nice workouts everyone!

Add on 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a stretch.
