Hi Annette,

Today I slept in again until around 615am. I managed a 37 minute total body weighted hiit CG workout (so good) + added on 10 minutes of CG biceps.

Have a great day and I am sure you'll squeeze in a workout today.
 
Hi Siobhan,

Nice workout! Today I had 2 but one lady left early. We did my Weights, Cardio and more Weights 2 workout for 61 minutes.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including barbell, new machines and dumbbells. Floorwork was done in the class.

I am beat, Fridays always are a hard day.
