Hi Annette,

I took another rest day today. I am just overdoing it these days, not fitting in my workouts as regularly. I have to fix this as it makes me sad.

And you are correct - HUGE workout yesterday. I am officially jealous. I wonder how you feel today.

Enjoy your rest day and listen to your body.

I downloaded a free app called FitOn to my phone. So today I tried 3 of their short kickboxing workouts.

One was 15 minutes and with the exception of the burpees (which I did something else) it was ok, no real sweat.

The 2nd was a 20 minute LIT Kickboxing with a man but 11 minutes in I found it way to slow.

So I stopped it and found a Kickboxing Bootcamp that had Jeanette Jenkins as the instructor which was 25 minutes. It was good and I was sweating big time after it. A few moves I could have done without. Only thing was she missed one whole side of the body with one combo move. Not sure why.

So anyway I got a total of 51 minutes of kickboxing in today.
