Good Friday the 13th Everyone!

Today I did a mish mosh. I did Cathe Live Athletic Training Live but blew off the band work. I added on one circuit of Cathe Live Sweat Circuit then did my own bis/tris workout.

Hi Shiobhan and all still to follow,

Today ended up being a rest day. I had a late night last night and this morning an early start with a brunch in Copenhagen city center with my mom and a trip to lots of souvenir boutiques for Annette, trying to find the right thimble. I found one in the 5th shop so when back in NL I will figure out how best to send them.

Siobhan - w/o with phone... Indeed very small screen and with sunlight sometimes hard to see, but I had it connected to a big bluetooth speaker so the sound was perfect and despite never having done that particular w/o before, I am quite familar with most Cathe moves so I could probably have nearly managed without any visual. Now that I have done Cathe live using Chromecast on a tv, using a computer, iPad min and phone I can definitely say the bigger the screen the better!

Hello my fitness friends, today I did Flex Train, modified a bit to take care of my left wrist and arm. Until I have a sure diagnose and a cure I have to be careful. I subbed one arm kickbacks on plank with standing kickbacks and used lighter weights. While doing the abs I always used both arms to hold the weight instead of just one. As the boss always says; there' s always something for everybody! Stay strong!

Almost forgot to check in. ..today was Cathe's MMA Kickbox cardio only then to the gym for 50 minutes of weight work.

Can't wait to see the thimbles! !

I am now enrolled in the online class for Silver and Fit. So far I have done 3 of the 17 modules.

Hey, great workouts ladies! :) Today is also a rest for me. It is 29 degrees, so will go for a walk when the sun goes down!
Sandy, did you see the rehab therapist this week?
