Good morning ladies......

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- Jab, Jump & Kick Express - 31 min. (Siobhan, this is another fun & short one!
Don't know whether you have done it, but if you like a little kickboxing & a little jump rope,
give this one a go! The kickboxing combos are fairly easy and she even has a few little
rope segments......This one is # 423, from 12/8/22. There's another one with a very
similar title & different, but this one is my favorite of the two)

Also did a blender add-on- Quick Fix Chest & Back- 13 min.

Good Morning Friends,

Today I did Cathe's Perfect30 for Upper Body. Wow that moves fast. I added on 20 minutes of MPL.

Linda - I will check that one out as I like short cardio workouts and I like Cathe's kickboxing workouts. Nice workout today. The Goldilocks affect - not too long, not too short, just right.

Nora - uhh huge workout yesterday
Annette - For as long as I've known you (since late 2010) - you've loved sitting in the sun!

Hi ladies,

Yes, Siobhan I have laid in the sun since I was 12 years old. Plan to later today.

Today my body got me up waaaay too early and I just couldn't get back to sleep. Sigh. So I got up and did one of the FITT TECH Kickboxing workout video that was 50 minutes. The title said it was an intermediate workout, (I beg to differ) , it was more combos strung together with little cueing than I have seen this guy do. I felt sorry for the older lady in the back of the room there for the 1st time. She was having issues, but she plowed through it. It got cut short so there wasn't a cooldown.

Nice workouts ladies.

Linda- Wow! Your workout today sounds so fun I'm envious. I love Kickboxing & boxing type workout and have been recently getting a little bit into jump rope, but I do it with a ropeless jump rope.

Annette- Sorry you had to start your day way too early. I know you mentioned trying to go back to sleep and just couldn't. That's not fun. So you decided to start on your workout. Good job on today's fun workout with:

Sometimes those beginner workouts are anything but. And after adding your own cooldown and stretch I'm sure you are more than ready to soak up that sun, relax and enjoy. Enjoy your sunny relaxing day:)
