YT-FITT TECH Kickboxing workout video that was 50 minutes. The title said it was an intermediate workout, (I beg to differ) , it was more combos strung together with little cueing than I have seen this guy do.
Sometimes those beginner workouts are anything but. And after adding your own cooldown and stretch I'm sure you are more than ready to soak up that sun, relax and enjoy. Enjoy your sunny relaxing day
