Good morning everybody! Nice workouts for everyone yesterday! Good for you, Annette,
on the mammo yesterday. I must admit I am running about 6 mos behind on mine, yikes,
I must make the appt. I've gotten bad about that.

Today's workouts:

Hydrow- 5 min. Rowing & Bodyweight Combo Warmup
Blender- "The Big Ten" - 26 min.
CrossRope App- "Ropeless Low Impact-Day 2- 14 min.

Today I did Cathe's latest live for lower body. It was 47 minutes.

Nora - I noticed you changed your workout - no Kaleigh Cohen yesterday. How was Kelly? I should really check out her workouts.

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a CDORNER Cardio Kickboxing HIIT Arm workout for 40 minutes. She did 5 minutes of kickboxing followed by 3 minutes of 2 exercises for arms (ie..hammer curls into an upright row going up the ladder starting with 1 set [1hamner 1 upright row], the 2 hammers 2 upright rows on up for 3 minutes). So my arms are fried, found out my foot can't handle full jacks. Guess I hurt my foot more than I thought so more rest for it.

Nice workouts ladies!!

PS . Add on 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hello's & waves everyone!

I did not get to workout today. I had several errands, a hair appointment, chores and more endless laundry about 7 loads one after the other. So tired. I plan to workout tomorrow. Today was a hot one was really tough on me with MS.

Great job on all your workouts today- Linda, Siobhan,and Annette. High fives & well done:)
