Hi Everyone,

Today I did MH - total body workout for 30 minutes. Just short on time during the week - especially when working evenings. I hope to have a longer workout tomorrow :).

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Lower Body Challenge workout to 5 ladies for about 50 minutes including one new lady. It was a killer.

Then I did 35 minutes of upper body weight work doing the pyramid method up only for chest(flies and press) and hammer curls up only , and lateral pull down on the cable up only. Then I did another cable exercise for all of upper body and floorwork for abs and glutes.
