Today's workouts:
Interval Time App- "Weights & Cardio Machines Intervals # 2" - 30 min.
YT-Outdoor Nut- "Recovery Bike Ride, Isabela, Puerto Rico" - 10 min.
That's it.........at this time, I do plan on a short Saturday morning workout tomorrow .....and maybe for
a few Saturdays coming up.......We'll see.
