Wow. Friday already.

Hi Annette,

Today I did an hour of move with nicole - pilates. she is cinching my rib cage. My body has become stiff again from lower back issues. I probably shouldn't have done Cathe's lower body workout the other day. I always pay for LB workouts for a few days. I cannot do weighted or non-weighted squats right now. ugh.

I am glad to read there are no concerns from your dentist.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I had 2 for my 20-20-20 Split Series Shoulders and Legs workout which was an hour. Which included floorwork for abs,legs and glutes.

Then I did 30 minutes of sled work, 2 and 3 plates sprinted up and back. 5 plates I backwards pulled up and back, then with 7 plates and pushed it up and back, then with 8 I went up and a guy friend challenged me to put 9 on and go back . He recorded it on his phone and I managed to push it back down and he unloaded the sled for me. I am beat and said that is enough for today.

Nice workout, hopefully you won't be sore for too long.
