Hi ladies,
Today I taught my newest circuit called the Variety Circuit to 9 ladies for about 57 minutes we went slightly over the time of my music.
Then I did 35 minutes shoulder work, using cables and dumbbells. Also included was leg work for inner and outer thighs (2 machines one for each), some floorwork legs and both ball abs and floor abs.
It is very very windy here today.
