Nora, nice selection yesterday with LMRE2 - PHA Cardio Fusion = 36 Min
Killer Legs= 39 Min. & Gloved Up & Sweaty - Jump Rope Bonus = 11 Min (used Ropeless Jump Ropes). You covered it all!

Hi ladies,

My hand/wrist is feeling much better though I chose to not risk it at the gym. I am beginning to think that this was a really bad carpal tunnel flare up that I have never had before. Because my correct fingers started going numb last night while wearing the brace for it to be my carpal tunnel.

So today I stayed home and did 2 of my own Cardio Kickboxing workout from when I was teaching my class. First was Killer Kickbox which was approximately 45 minutes long, then I did Cardio Kickbox Frenzy which was 44 minutes long.

They made me sweat but I love the music in both of these workouts.

My phone registered 6000 steps between both workouts.

I will be back at the gym next week.
