Stephanie Huckabee-PowerFit Harmony/Plus: “Cardio Kick” - 20 min.

That’s it……

Nora, nice selection yesterday with LMRE2 - PHA Cardio Fusion = 36 Min
Killer Legs= 39 Min. & Gloved Up & Sweaty - Jump Rope Bonus = 11 Min (used Ropeless Jump Ropes). You covered it all!

Hi ladies,

My hand/wrist is feeling much better though I chose to not risk it at the gym. I am beginning to think that this was a really bad carpal tunnel flare up that I have never had before. Because my correct fingers started going numb last night while wearing the brace for it to be my carpal tunnel.

So today I stayed home and did 2 of my own Cardio Kickboxing workout from when I was teaching my class. First was Killer Kickbox which was approximately 45 minutes long, then I did Cardio Kickbox Frenzy which was 44 minutes long.

They made me sweat but I love the music in both of these workouts.

My phone registered 6000 steps between both workouts.

I will be back at the gym next week.

Annette- I'm glad to hear your right hand and wrist are feeling better today. Good for you taking it easy workout wise on weights to allow hand and wrist rest. Awesome job on today's workout with 2 of your own: Killer Kickbox = 45 minutes

Virtual Active - Costa Rica Ride= 57 Min - I was feeling really sore from yesterday so I scaled things back to just bike today.
