Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 1 and we did my Weights,Cardio and more Weights 2 workout and did the 2nd segment of Weights on the floor along with abs, glutes and legs. We also did chest flyes, chest press, triceps and back on the floor. This was 60 minutes.
Then I did 45 minutes of heavier weights for chest, triceps, and biceps.
Now I am finished.
Get my 2nd COVID vaccine today at 2:25. It is windy and sunny here but no rain.
