Hi Siobhan,
Today I had 1 lady and we did one of my hour long circuits.
Then I did 44 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest, biceps, and triceps and the sled plus floorwork for abs and legs.
I just may stop my classes altogether. I just don't have the drive when I am hardly getting anyone coming.
We will see. Need to stop before I renew my insurance.
