Hydrow Circuit Training # 15- Rowing & Upper Body/Core AMRAP - 20 min.
IFit- Newcomer studio elliptical workout - 18 min. (actually did this last night)
Blender- "Sweaty Pedal Max Express- 15 min.

Rest weekend coming up .....

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- HIIT Circuit Waves | 60 minute Indoor Cycling Class = 57 Min
KCM 30MTF- Build & Burn - Kettlebell/Kickbox Fusion = 26 Min

Hi ladies,

Today I stayed home and did a 46 minute CDorner Kickboxing and Barre routine. The Barre part was mostly upper body and I had trouble doing it all. Then I did a Clau and Paty Cardio Boxing workout it was 27 minutes long.

Still need to do floorwork, so that will be the next thing I do.

PS add in 20 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
