Hi Everyone,

Today I did another WB of RWH shoulders and biceps - 5 sets of each - lifting heavy again. I just love lifting heavy! unfortunately, it also leaves me feeling very hungry.

Lisa - I get what you are saying - sometimes i just have to toss the weights aside 'cos my body is soooooooooo sore.

Ceci- I hear you on the lifting leaving you hungry. I definitely don't miss that part of lifting.

Today was Shock Circuit Live.

I have not had a recovery week in a while so next will be light workouts with walking and yoga.

Hi ladies,

Today I taught my Weights, Cardio and more Weights 2 workout to 9 ladies for about 64 minutes. It is one tough workout.

Then I practiced a new kickbox interval, just the cardio portion which took 15 minutes since it is a shorter Interval.

So I was done for the day, I have to grocery shop later.

Windy and cool today.
