Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Low Impact Cardio & Upper Body Express" - 33 min.
Blender- "Core with Balls Finisher" - 6 min.

Nora, great workout yesterday with LITE- Metabolic Blast - Basic #2 Main w/o + 6 Pack Abs #2= 51 Min
and Fit Split- Boxing Bootcamp- Timesaver #1 Just Kickboxing= 34 Min Great choice of workouts!
 
Hi ladies,

Today was a 78 minute chest and triceps circuit at the gym. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical for cardio instead of the sled. My back and right shoulder blade is killing me so I wasn't up to pulling the rope on the sled today.

I did barbell bench press starting at 55 pounds going up to 70 pounds.

Then dumbbell chest flyes and press into 2 arm triceps and then 1 arm to opposite shoulder using 10's for 12 reps, 12.5 for 10 reps, 15 for 8 reps, 17.5 for 8 reps (but triceps was 1 exercise the one that is to opposite shoulder, 20 for 8 reps changing to holding dumbbell vertical and lowering behind head, then 25's for 6 reps same exercise for triceps as the previous one.

Then I did the leg press machine, and the calf machine.

Then the elliptical for cardio, ending with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Time deducted for talking ,LOL!

Nice chest & triceps day…78 minutes…with some leg machines, elliptical, and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. I believe you deserved a little time to chat! LOL!
 
Hello & happy Friday:)

Sorry no workouts for today, just too tired and not even up to do personals. I will be taking Saturday & Sunday as a rest weekend. Today was bills and dealing with ordering my meds, that is a lot of phone calls, spreadsheets & stress. I'm sure the rest will help.
