Hi Siobhan,

Today I taught my Dance Circuit to 3 ladies including a floorwork segment and stretch for about 50 minutes.

Then to add to that I did 37 minutes on the elliptical.

Then I did 30 minutes of weight work including barbell and dumbbells.

Think I am sufficiently worked out now.
