Hi Annette,

Today I took a rest day and just stretched with move with nicole for 30 minutes.

No class yesterday for you so more time for your workout. Do you have stretch days or do yoga at all? I don't do a lot of yoga.

Hi Siobhan, you know I only teach on Wednesdays and Fridays. Yesterday was Thursday. I am just off on my lifting days this week. Pretty much going to be lifting every day this week but this past Monday.

No stretching workouts just what I do at the end of my classes or at the end of my workouts. And no I do not do yoga.

Will come back later with my workout.
 
Hi again,

Today I had 2 ladies and we did my Cardio Dance Party Circuit which was about 50 minutes.

Then I did 52 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest (20 & 25 pounds), biceps using (20,25, & 30), the sled and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes

I may have peaked on the sled or I have lost my mojo. I only managed 7 plates, sigh.

Anyway, it was a good workout.
