Hi again,
Today I had 2 ladies and we did my Cardio Dance Party Circuit which was about 50 minutes.
Then I did 52 minutes of weight work including machines for back and shoulders, dumbbells for chest (20 & 25 pounds), biceps using (20,25, & 30), the sled and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes
I may have peaked on the sled or I have lost my mojo. I only managed 7 plates, sigh.
Anyway, it was a good workout.
