Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of: Cathe's Shock Cardio 40/20 (love the cardio from this series). I added on about 20 minutes of MPL (I shortened the workout by not doing repeater sets) + 75 second wall squat challenge. I will do my own stretch now although MPL offers lots of stretching which I appreciate.

Hi ladies,

Siobhan, yesterday I managed to drink enough water to offset the hunger. With my dry mouth I constantly have a mint in my mouth so that helps too.

Today I did a 43 minute Taebo Sculpt Fit workout I found on YouTube. I wore my wrist weights then I did 22 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies. Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Yes, today is St. Patrick's Day, isn't it? All morning on the radio, they kept saying to watch out for
people celebrating St. Patrick's Day with drinking & driving......

Weekend most likely will be a rest weekend, but I may do one lighter workout on Saturday. We shall see!
