Hi ladies,

Today I only had 4 ladies so we tried one of my Tribal Circuits which was 51 minutes and included one song of conga line weights. It was fun and the 1st time doing it.

Then I did an hour of weight work using both slow and heavy method and the pyramid method. Floorwork for abs. All dumbbells for the weights.

Today I did Millionaire Hoy + my own stretch.

Everything shutting down now e.g. daycares, parliament, schools, uni's and.... I might be on strike next week - great timing!
