Hi Annette,

I took another rest day today. I might take a few more days off from exercise. My body just needs some rest. I did some stretches but that's it. I see my physio person again today so I hope she is able to help me. Today things feel good. It's just when I start exercising that I feel a bit of a shift. I don't have incontinence issues - just feel a bit of a weight in the wrong place and I don't want to aggravate things. I've been trying to do kegels but it's hard to know if you're doing them correctly.

Take all the rest days you need. You are listening to your body.

I had 3 ladies and we did the 7 Kick Progression but I added in upper body weights after the 3rd and 5th progressions plus for the ab segment I asked if they minded getting on the floor and they didn't. So we did abs, glutes and legs on the floor. Got up just in time for the cooldown. The cd I put in was my 55 min. 150 bpm Freestyle Kickboxing one and it worked well. They will be hurting puppies tomorrow but it will be a good hurt.

Then I did 30 minutes of upper body weight work, chest (barbell) press up to 105 pounds, chest flyes, then dumbbells for biceps,triceps and back.

So I am done now. I wore all black to mourn the last day that I am 56 years old,LOL.
