Hi Annette,

Congrats on meeting your goal. That must feel empowering!

Today I did Cathe's LI Cardio Supersets. I haven't done this one in a long time. I am dragging these days and it's impacting my workouts. I've been working 7 days a week - pretty much 60 hours a week almost since the start of the pandemic and it's been manageable cos life kinda shut down. The war in Ukraine, however, has left me dragging. So upset about the injustice. ugh.

We are not yet maskless but it's coming to that sometime in April. I will be keeping my mask on for a while yet.

Today I had 3 ladies and since my birthday is Sunday I just randomly picked one of my favorites. So we did the Kickbox Drills one to disco music it was an hour.

Then I did 1 sprint up and back with 3 plates. Then I pulled it with the strap with 4 plates up, backwards pull with strap back, then I backwards pulled 5 plates up and back. Then I pushed 7 plates up and back, then I put 8 on and pushed it up, then after much rest I put 9 on and pushed it back. I. Was. Dead.

Finished up with floorwork for abs and legs.

Several men have come up to me and commended me for how much I am doing. One guy said that he and his son came in and stopped dead in their tracks when they saw what I was doing. Jerry had sent the video to another guy (the other one challenging me to get to 10 plates) and he saw first hand today and was impressed.

Beautiful day here.

Nice workout. My bloodwork was good in some areas and heading the wrong direction in others, I can't win.
