Today I did a mish mosh of Cathe's latest live - standing portion only (30 minutes). No weight lower body workout, nice change of pacwe from usinf DB's ot BB's. I added on one segment of PLB for squats + 1 tabata from Tabatacise.
Knowing Cathe it was tough and challenging, plus a nice stretch was added on. High fives on your great workout combo today WTG & Bravo!!
