Siobhan, you beat me this morning ! My chromebook had an update, so I had to sit & wait for that !
Good job with Fun & Done and upper body premix from 2.0. Last evening I did about 26 min. of
yesterday's CatheLive, "Glutiator". I did the standing leg exercises with loop. I liked it, but it's
a long workout and pretty tough. But I enjoyed what I did.
Today's workouts:
KCM- Your Best Body- Workout # 1- abt 30 min.
IFit- Nature Treadmill Walk in Italy- 23 min.
YT- Jump Rope Dudes- 5 min. Beginner Jump Rope workout
