Daily Check-in Friday, June 9th, 2023

Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday as I had a bad sleep. Today I did a mix of 25 minutes of a Cathe Live - a recent one - fun and done? I moved onto a 2.0 upper body premix for another 20 minutes. My mind is scattered this morning.

Great workouts yesterday friends.

Good morning ladies....

Siobhan, you beat me this morning ! My chromebook had an update, so I had to sit & wait for that !
Good job with Fun & Done and upper body premix from 2.0. Last evening I did about 26 min. of
yesterday's CatheLive, "Glutiator". I did the standing leg exercises with loop. I liked it, but it's
a long workout and pretty tough. But I enjoyed what I did.

Today's workouts:

KCM- Your Best Body- Workout # 1- abt 30 min.
IFit- Nature Treadmill Walk in Italy- 23 min.
YT- Jump Rope Dudes- 5 min. Beginner Jump Rope workout

Hi ladies,

Today was 60 minutes on the elliptical and 15 minutes of floorwork for abs ,legs and glutes.

Feeling better took the last antibiotic this morning!! Yay!! And cardio doesn't seem to mess with the heart rhythm like weights do, go figure.

Nice workouts.

Not a smoky today!

not too smoky looking today, but I can still smell it a little.
 
Back to add in a blender workout this evening- "RWH STS 2.0-Lift it Chest, Triceps &
Shoulders" - about 25 min.

I am planning on a "rest" weekend, that is why I did another short workout this evening.
