Hi ladies ,
Today I taught my Interval 2 workout to 7 ladies for an hour. We had not done this one in over a month and we felt it,.
Then I did 23 minutes on the elliptical machine and then 30 minutes of weight work including floorwork abs and legs. Managed flies with 15 pound dumbbells. No chest press because the benches were occupied.
