Hi ladies,

Carmen - Good thoughts for your procedure today, hope the discomfort is minimal.

Today was a sub for MIC - I ended up doing TF Fire 45, 100 crunches and stretch.

Hi gals,

I did 38 min. of free heavy weights trying to hit 2 exercises per upper body part with the exception of back, including MIS abs. Going as heavy as I can for 6-8 reps and hitting failure, trying to build some definition especially in my shoulders.


I also did the Power Punch Taebo Express workout for some cardio. Not the greatest choice after doing heavy upper body weights,:eek::( but I did it all.
