Good Morning Linda! And Everyone :),

Linda - have you been getting in any workouts lately? I hope Jack is doing all right. We've made the sad but necessary decision to put our dog "to sleep" on Monday afternoon. She's not living, just surviving and we've needed the neighbours to point this out to use 'cos we don't want to let her go. Alas.

On a brighter note - I managed to do a Cathe Live cardio workout for 32 minutes and added in shoulders and biceps from PUB. I will do my own stretch now.

Annette - I saw more pics on FB. Thanks for sharing! Everything is so green and plush

Nice workout Siobhan…. I am so sorry about your doggie, it’s a tough decision and
one I am hoping I don’t have to face quite yet. No, I haven’t been working out this
week, except for Clean Max…been trying to catch up a little with that as I can……

Nice CatheLive cardio workout this AM, despite it all…..waves to Nora, and waves
to Annette……sounds like everything is beautiful. Is your FB page a public one?
I am not on FB, but if you have a public page (like Cathe), maybe could view your
pics….but sounds nice.

Siobhan- Oh my condolences on your dog, that is so very dad. It's always a gut wretching experience to have to do that.
Your dog passed over the rainbow bridge and can no longer have any pain or health issues. You released her from all those bad things.
I believe dogs go to heaven, where you'll be reunited wtih them one day. For now she'll lve on in your hear and memories.

Thanks Annette….I am not on FB, so I can’t search that way…I tried to search by
name but the only thing that came up was the short video of the sled which I think
was your gym’s facebook page. I don’t know how all that works….but I am sure
everything is beautiful there!
