Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. My body needed it. Today I did a short 37 minute T&D total body workout with heavy weights. I'm drenched! I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - WTG with your stamina yesterday! Wow. I'll bet you were ready for bed after all that :)
Annette - I'm guessing today is a cardio at home day since you had a big strength workout at the gym yesterday!
Nora - enjoy your rest day(s)

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Dumbbells & Jump Rope Cardio" - 39 min.
Interval Timer App- "Elliptical & Lower Body Bodyweight" - 17 min.

Hi ladies,

Yes, Siobhan today is an at home cardio workout. Honestly, nothing today was tickling my fancy so I ended up doing one of my own favorite workout from my class. It was Kickbox Fun with Add Ons 1, I messed up the songs at the end so I ended up doing 2 songs for floorwork and then a cooldown stretch to no music. But it ended up being 52 minutes of sweat (considering it is 79°F in the house) but it was fun to hear the music again. So that was my cardio workout for today.

Nice workouts ladies!!

Weekend might be a bust but we'll see.
