Hi ladies,

Today I did a Taebo Bootcamp Cardio Sculp that I have done before. It is really good and uses weights with an emphasis on triceps. It was 52 minutes long.

Then I did 40 minutes of various weight exercises including floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I also had on my 2 pound ankle weights for the leg floorwork. I am beat.

So happy that the gym is reopening Monday!!! Whoohoo!! Can't wait, elliptical here I come on Monday.
