Today's workouts:

Blender workout- "Chest, Triceps & Shoulders Trisets" - 25 min.
Blender workout- "Body Shop: Back" - 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did 2.0 Upper Body 1 - so good! I added on 10 minutes of MPL which was sooooo tough. wow. I'm sweating.

Annette and Nora - you both got in a workout yesterday. Yeah. I am so jealous of the spin/cycling - truly miss it

Annette - good luck next week and keep us posted on how things go for you

I am off to Ottawa - uhhhgain. It's Canada Day on Saturday so I will head up there for a long weekend. I will try to check-in if I remember.

check out yesterday's CatheLive, "You bet your Upper Body"--it looks like a good one!. I
didn't do it yet, but I did watch it yesterday. it's about 47-48 min. or so.

On the road again ! :) enjoy your trip to Ottawa and Canada Day on Saturday. :):)
 
Hi ladies,

I managed 26 minutes of a Taebo on YouTube that uses light weights. But I got a call that my surgery is now at 7:30 am , arrival time of 5:30 am. I do not do mornings especially that early. I might as well not go the bed the night before.

Nice workouts everyone.

Hi Annette, good 26 min Taebo workout today! Ooh, that's early Monday morning.....I hear ya', I probably wouldn't be able to sleep the night before anyway! Will you have to stay in
overnight, or is it a "come home the same day procedure?" Hope all goes well.

I'm in the middle of making some deviled eggs, so I better get back to it !

Just an update. I decided to add-on a workout. Jessica Smith 10 Minute Quick Walks- Arms and Abs= 11 Min. It was fun and effective.

Yes, ladies, it was rescheduled to the earlier time after there was a cancelation for the earlier time. I had the 2nd slot but got bumped to first. I will go home the same day unless complications arise.

I just did floorwork for legs, abs and glutes and standing abs for 20 minutes.
