Hi ladies,

Hot and muggy already! I love the heat, but the humidity? Not so much.

Today was Upper body weights - I did CTX Upper Body Split and the abs from Leaner Legs.

Anyone get the new dvds??? Please post your views!!

Good workout - must be from the rotation this month.

This morning I did Atletica - needed some cardio but cannot put much weight on foot in certain directions so this worked today.

I pre-ordered but have not yet received. I don't anticipate getting the new dvd's for about 2 weeks.

Hi ladies - no workout out for me tonight. Date night with my honey...we are going to dinner theatre to see Grease.....I'm going to try not to sing too much tonight...:)

Hi all,

Heat is a killer good thing today was a gym day.

I did 1 hour and 10 min. of weights at the gym, hitting chest and triceps hard but I did hit all muscle groups including legs and abs. I used 30 pound dumbbells for chest press and did 7 reps, I had started at 20 doing 12, then 25, at 10 and tried to do 30 at 8 but only managed 7. I am stronger now so that is good.

You see all kinds at the gym but this one elderly man, wears short shorts (you can see his buttocks:eek:) and today the front wasn't much better:eek:, he usually wears a really skimpy barely there tee shirt also and honestly he is straining way too hard and doesn't have the physic to pull off the clothes he is wearing. He has to be in his 70's.

I need to plan my gym times around when he is not there, sigh.
