GOOD MORNING and TGIF !!!:7

Hi Phyllis. I don't know where everyone is this morning.

I did CC Vol. 8 for the first time this morning ! All I can say is O M G !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's tough, tough, tough ! And the music is the best of all the CC's IMO. I LOVE the phrases and motivating words Sean uses, and at just the right moment !:7 :7

He is awesome and this new workout is my favorite!! Of course, I love them all !

Anyway, I'm patting myself on the back that I completed it....on another short night's sleep.

I guess I have to wait for another business trip todo Cardio Coach again. I have no equipment here. Sounds like I'm missing something good!

I did Step Works. I had never done it before and i enjoyed it. There were a couple of moves I didn't know so that made it fun.

Good Morning all

Late start for me today, DS11 is sick!
Anyhoo, I did 4DS legs today, added some chinups/pullups.

Phyllis~ glad you enjoyed Step Works. I like CAthe's older step workouts even if the clothes are dated, you still get a good workout!

Becky~ I guess you really enjoyed CC today;-) Everytime someone raves about it, I feel like I need to get one:)!!

Imax 2 on the rotation today although I really, really, really want to do either CCv7 or v8, but since tommorow is CCPP day I'll do Imax 2 as per rotation lol


Last night hubby and I went out for drinks and I woke up late again :(

So I'll be starting my workout in a few... I'm just dragging today and have to deal with 'I dun wanna' attitude at the moment :/

So I'm going to read the forums until I get my motivation :p I know my attitude is from my slight hangover though so I am drinking tons of water today lol I am not a drinker and just two margaritas had me feeling them oy!


Becky : Isn't V8 wonderful? Its just so good and I love the sound of the ocean :)


Phyllis: Step Works wow! I can't even remember when I did that one last.
I'm grateful that I have my TM to use at home to listen to my CCs they are great although you really don't need cardio equipment to use them as I know many take their cardio outside for walks and runs using them.


Deanie: Sorry about your ds I hate when my kids get sick. Here's hoping he gets to feeling better soon.

I understand your dilema this morning choosing a workout.
I didn't know tomorrow was CCPP when I decided to do Vol 8 but I'm still glad I did it.
I don't always get a workout in on a Sat. so I'm not sure I'd sneak in CCPP, and I truely loved Vol8. :D :D
Yes, the sound of the ocean and Sean talking about walking on sand......it's my favorite place to be, and a perfect setting for the workout !!:7

Phyllis, I would get ONE workout and see if it works for you on a walk or run outside . I've never done it anyway but on my TM but it is really a fantastic workout and almost spiritual. It's just so motivating and uplifting. I always feel SOO good when I am done!

Sorry for being long winded....

I'm so glad it's Friday! What's everyone doing this weekend ??

Can you do Cardio Coach as a walking workout??? I have never done these and have little info about them.

I did cardio this morning - ASC, and then Amy's Ab section 1.

I don't run anymore due to it aggravating my back, so I ALWAYS walk my CC workouts !
I've gotten MUCH faster and I really break a sweat. I KNOW I'm getting a great workout in, .....without the impact !:7
 
Hi all,

It is very hot and humid here today.

I managed to do the warm up and floorwork off of PLB for my legwork and then I did abs off of PSBB&A and then I did a 30 min. taebo off of Exercise TV for my cardio.

My weight is still down and I am hoping to lose 2 more pounds by the 5th since that is our family reunion.

Oh no Becky, this could be an enabling moment!

Which ones do you recommend for walking workouts????
 
Ack! Sorry about that Connie, but honestly they ALL work great for walking.
Personally, I LOVE hills and volume 8, the newest one out has ALL HILLS (with recoveries in between). So that would be my first recommendation.

Let me know if you take the plunge and what you think of it !:7

Conni - you know you want the CC's lol

You really can't go wrong with them - no matter what type of cardio intensity you chose to do - They will help you get in a better workout no matter what.




Oh BTW I decided to take on that challenge for CCPP day tomorow that Gayle suggested .

So I'll be tagging on the 3rd challenge of V8 with CCPP - I'm just wondering how I'll do it lol regardless I'll try it }(

I must be insane :+
